About The Position

Ciocca Honda of York is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated automotive service advisor to join its growing team. The role offers the opportunity to support customers and the community while working toward financial and career goals. The service advisor oversees service orders and the drive lane, coordinates technician workloads, responds to customer inquiries, and assists with vehicle problem diagnosis and service needs. Compensation is commission-based, with potential annual earnings of $40,000–$80,000. The full-time schedule includes some Saturdays.

Requirements

• A consistent record of service and sales success.
• A strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and the flow of the drive lane.
• Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries by phone or in person and help ensure customers are not mishandled.
• Ensure technicians’ available time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and order parts and tools as necessary.
