About The Position

As an Automotive Service Advisor/Writer with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are a trusted professional who assists guests with their vehicles and builds lasting customer relationships. You guide guests through the repair process, keep them informed about vehicle status, and ensure their satisfaction before they leave. The position is at 2820 Sarah Lane, Waunakee, WI 53597, and is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. The local Christian Brothers Automotive franchisee is the employer and independently makes employment decisions.

Requirements

Current driver's license.
Driving record acceptable to the current insurance carrier.
Proficiency with Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications.
Experience in an automotive customer service, service writing/advising, or sales role.
Dependability and reliability for a Monday–Friday schedule.
Ability to remain on your feet for most of the workday, including standing, walking, and coordinating parts.
Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects over 50 pounds.
Ability to maintain a brisk pace in a high-volume environment.

Sell services consistently and effectively while maintaining honesty and integrity.
Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere.
Communicate clearly and professionally by phone.
Build long-term relationships among the store, the employee, and customers.
Direct, coordinate, and participate in customer service activities.
Shuttle guests as needed in a CBA-branded vehicle.
Ensure repairs are performed to proper specifications.
Work as part of a team and assist other employees as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
