About The Position

As an Automotive Service Advisor / Writer with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are a trusted professional and the primary point of contact for guests seeking assistance with their vehicles. You guide guests through the repair process, keep them informed about vehicle status, and help ensure their satisfaction before they leave the facility. The role involves building lasting relationships while presenting repair solutions clearly and maintaining honesty and integrity. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., at the Amarillo, Texas location.

Requirements

• Current driver’s license.
• Driving record acceptable to the company’s current insurance carrier.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications.
• Experience in an automotive customer service, service writing, service advising, or automotive sales role.
• Dependability and reliability for a Monday–Friday schedule, 7 a.m.–6 p.m.
• Ability to be on your feet for most of the workday.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects over 50 pounds.
• Ability to maintain a brisk pace in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with hospitality and respect.
• Present appropriate vehicle repair solutions in a way guests can easily understand.
• Manage the store’s workflow effectively and efficiently.
• Sell services consistently while maintaining honesty and integrity.
• Maintain a positive attitude and supportive team atmosphere.
• Communicate clearly and professionally by phone.
• Build long-term relationships among the store, the advisor, and guests.
• Direct, coordinate, and participate in customer service activities.
• Shuttle guests as needed in a CBA-branded vehicle.
• Ensure repairs are performed to proper specifications.
• Work as part of a team and assist other employees as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
