About The Position
Ciocca Automotive is hiring Client Advisors for the INFINITI Flemington Sales Team. This role is open to entry-level candidates and experienced sales professionals from any industry, and paid training is provided. Client Advisors help customers through the vehicle purchase process, identify vehicles that fit customers’ lifestyles and needs, build relationships with new and returning customers, and follow a sales process with management support. The position offers a choice of pay plan: base salary plus performance bonuses, or 18%–20% commission on front, back, and holdback. The company describes earning potential of $100,000 or more and offers opportunities for career growth and advancement.
Requirements
- Be motivated, coachable, and customer-focused.
- Have strong communication and listening skills.
- Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
