About The Position

Plaza Infiniti in Creve Coeur is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join its team and drive results while fostering a positive working environment. Previous high-line automotive experience is strongly preferred. The role leads the New and Used Sales team, supports sales profitability and customer retention, and establishes and maintains performance standards. Requirements

Previous automotive leadership experience with increasing responsibility.
Proven ability to close sales.
Customer-focused approach and ability to think on your feet.
Ability to find new ways to build opportunities for the dealership and improve customer satisfaction.
Valid driver's license with two or fewer moving violations in the past three years and no major violations, such as careless driving or DUI, in the past three years.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, computer software, and the internet, as well as general mathematics skills.

Responsibilities
