About The Position

Ciocca Automotive has an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated sales professional to join its growing team. The Automotive Sales Manager will coach and mentor salespeople, set and monitor sales goals, support customers through vehicle selection, present and demonstrate new and used vehicles, and help the sales staff close deals. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to customers and the community while pursuing financial and career goals.

Requirements

• Previous dealership and management experience is a plus.
• Leadership skills and a strong interest in training fellow employees.
• Quality customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills.
• High motivation.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coach salespeople on methods for closing deals and mentor them to improve sales performance.
• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve or exceed quotas.
• Help customers select vehicles by asking questions and carefully listening to their responses.
• Deliver professional, knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Train and support sales staff and assist with closing deals.
