Ron Tonkin Chevrolet is seeking a highly motivated Automotive Sales Representative/Consultant to join their sales team. This is a full-time, commission-based position with the potential to earn over $100,000 annually. The ideal candidate will be driven, experienced in automotive sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building customer relationships, and have a passion for vehicles. Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment
• Knowledge of automotive features, specifications, and industry trends
• Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences
• Showcase and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits
• Conduct test drives and provide in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process
• Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and address any concerns or questions
• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes
