About The Position

This role is for a hardworking, customer-focused communicator who enjoys connecting with people and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong phone etiquette, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, with no prior automotive experience required. The primary responsibility is to reach out to customers by phone, email, and text to schedule appointments with the sales team, playing a key role in creating a smooth, welcoming experience by connecting customers with the right people at the right time.   • Prior experience in a Reception, Call Center, or BDC Representative role is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership and meet with the sales team
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Follow up with leads via phone calls, texts, or emails to confirm appointments and provide additional information
  • Answer inbound calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and scheduling requests
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and appointments
