You are an experienced Service Advisor who thrives on clear communication, organization, and delivering a positive customer experience. With prior Service Advisor experience—ideally at a domestic dealership—you understand how important it is to be the bridge between the service department and clients. You take pride in setting expectations, keeping customers informed, and helping ensure every service visit runs smoothly. In this role, your primary responsibility will be communicating with customers who are either having their vehicles serviced or scheduling upcoming maintenance.
