About The Position

You are an experienced Service Advisor who thrives on clear communication, organization, and delivering a positive customer experience. With prior Service Advisor experience—ideally at a domestic dealership—you understand how important it is to be the bridge between the service department and clients. You take pride in setting expectations, keeping customers informed, and helping ensure every service visit runs smoothly. In this role, your primary responsibility will be communicating with customers who are either having their vehicles serviced or scheduling upcoming maintenance. Requirements

  • 1-3 years of previous Automotive Advising
  • A desire to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong attention-to-detail
  • Must be willing to work a Tuesday - Saturday schedule
  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Service Advisor experience at a domestic dealership

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
  • Drive the sales of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast
  • Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request
  • Keep customers informed of completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
  • Ensure customers have positive dealership experience
