About The Position

With consistently high demand and a steady flow of work, we’re looking to add an experienced Service Advisor who’s ready to grow with a winning team. As a Service Advisor, you’ll play a critical role in our guests’ experience—serving as the primary point of contact between customers and technicians, and helping keep our busy shop running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of previous service writing experience is strongly recommended
- A desire to work effectively in a team environment
- Prior CDK experience is strongly recommended
- Strong attention-to-detail
- Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department's sales forecast
- Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request
- Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience
