About The Position

You are a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor who takes pride in delivering a smooth, positive experience for every guest. You thrive in a fast-paced service environment, are highly organized, and enjoy being the key point of contact for customers from vehicle drop-off through pick-up. Clear communication, attention to detail, and strong follow-through are at the core of how you work. In this role, you’ll guide customers through their service and repair needs, ensure expectations are set accurately, and help create an efficient and welcoming service experience. Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Able to pass a criminal background check
  • A pre-employment drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a prompt and professional manner upon arrival
  • Accurately document customer concerns and recommend necessary services
  • Communicate effectively with technicians and parts staff to coordinate repairs
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicles
  • Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction before vehicle delivery
  • Help maintain service department goals and customer satisfaction standards
