This role is at the front lines of the service experience, serving as the first point of contact for guests in the Express Service lane. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and is dedicated to delivering fast, friendly, and efficient service. The Express Service Advisor will collaborate closely with customers and service technicians to ensure a smooth vehicle service process from check-in to checkout.
