About The Position

You enjoy helping customers feel confident and excited about their new vehicle, and you’re known for your strong customer service skills, organization, and follow‑through. You’re comfortable communicating by phone, staying on top of schedules, and handling a variety of day‑to‑day tasks that keep operations running smoothly. Gresham Subaru is the premier Subaru dealership in the Portland Metro and is actively hiring a Delivery Specialist to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for Subaru enthusiasts who want to work in a professional, fast‑paced automotive environment. In this role, you’ll schedule delivery appointments, make follow‑up calls with customers, and assist with general office duties such as bank and store runs. Requirements

• Extensive product knowledge of new model lines and full line certification
• Phone Etiquette and a bright personality
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling appointments for the deliveries
• Follow-up calls to Starlink Maintenance customers daily to schedule service for current customers
• Bank and store runs
• General data input
• Other tasks that may arise in the dealership
