Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Driver’s License.
- Prior Customer Service Experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- A clean driving record.
- Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Provide visitors with directions and any information they require, ensuring that they’re greeted with courtesy every time.
- Stay calm under pressure or when dealing with a dissatisfied customer.
- Maintain your work area, perform housekeeping duties to ensure cleanliness, and adhere to control and security policies.
- Assist customers and provide optimal levels of customer service wherever possible.
- Analyze the customer’s requirements and help them find the best solution by directing them to the appropriate department.
