This role is for an ambitious, outgoing individual ready to build a long-term career in automotive sales, who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Fluency in Spanish is essential, as the role involves helping Spanish-speaking customers feel confident and supported throughout the vehicle-buying process, from the first greeting to driving off the lot. You will guide guests every step of the way, matching them with a vehicle they love while delivering an exceptional, personalized experience. Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish
- Computer skills (Word, CRM, Texting, Email)
- A current valid driver's license is required for all employees
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Be able to pass a criminal background check
- Be able to pass a drug screen
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, help diagnose their needs and explain how their needs translate to a new vehicle
- Show and explain exactly what their new car has and how it operates
- Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
- Negotiate sales transactions
- Attend training and sales meetings
- Complete sales transaction paperwork
