About The Position

Berman Kia is hiring full-time Automotive Sales/Product Specialists in Lincolnwood, Illinois. The role guides customers through the car-buying experience, from initial contact through driving off the lot, helping them feel informed and confident about their purchase. Compensation includes uncapped commissions, with $125K+ potential, commissions on new and used cars, finance bonuses, fast-start volume bonuses, perfect delivery bonuses, and vehicle acquisition bonuses. Fully paid training and opportunities for advancement are offered. Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with a three-year minimum.
• Sales experience.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive sales experience is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers by phone, email, text, and in person.
• Understand each customer's stage in the buying process and identify the information they need.
• Provide in-depth product demonstrations.
• Work with inventory and acquisition teams to determine market value for trade-ins.
• Present and explain purchase terms, including pricing, payments, and loan structures.
• Follow up with customers to answer questions and ensure a positive experience.
