Responsibilities

- Maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and return business
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing department
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Coordinate marketing efforts and promotional events to attract new customers
