About The Position
The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is hiring experienced automotive Sales Managers, Finance Managers, and Desk Managers for its dealership leadership team. This is a commission-only or commission-and-bonus-based opportunity with top pay plans and unlimited earning potential. Managers lead and develop sales teams, drive sales and finance results, support deal structuring and F&I operations, and help ensure customer satisfaction and compliance. Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of automotive sales or finance management experience.
- Dealership experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Results-driven, with high energy and motivation.
- Experience with CRM systems and dealership processes.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Nice To Haves
- Used-car buying or appraising experience.
- Manufacturers Master Sales or Management certifications.
- College degree.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Drive results through effective sales and finance strategies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.
- Structure deals and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maximize profitability on every transaction.
- Support F&I operations and assist with deal structuring as needed.
