About The Position

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is hiring experienced automotive Sales Managers, Finance Managers, and Desk Managers for its leadership team at Dover Chevy. The role offers performance-based compensation, benefits, and career advancement opportunities across the dealership network. Dealership experience is required.

The manager will lead and develop the sales team, drive sales and finance results, support customer satisfaction throughout the buying process, structure deals in accordance with company standards, and maximize transaction profitability. The role also supports F&I operations and deal structuring and works with leadership to meet store and regional goals.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of automotive sales or finance management experience.
• Dealership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Results-driven, energetic, and motivated.
• Experience with CRM systems and dealership processes.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• Used car buying or appraising experience.
• Manufacturer Master Sales or Management certifications.
• College degree.
