About The Position

The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is hiring experienced automotive Sales Managers, Finance Managers, and Desk Managers to join its dealership leadership team. This leadership role is suited to a driven professional who can coach a high-performing team, deliver sales and finance results, and support customer satisfaction in a fast-paced dealership environment. Compensation is commission-only or commission/bonus-based, with an aggressive pay plan and unlimited earning potential. Requirements

• At least 3 years of automotive sales or finance management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Results-driven approach, high energy, and motivation.
• Experience with CRM systems and dealership processes.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

• Used-car buying or appraising experience.
• Manufacturers Master Sales/Management certifications.
• College degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Drive results through effective sales and finance strategies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.
• Structure deals and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Maximize profitability on every transaction.
• Support F&I operations and assist with deal structuring as needed.
