About The Position

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is hiring an experienced Sales Consultant at Napleton Ellwood City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. This is a customer-facing role in a fast-paced dealership environment. Sales Consultants assist customers in selecting vehicles, explain vehicle features and options, deliver vehicles, and build customer relationships through timely follow-up. The role offers growth opportunities within the dealership group, including potential career paths to Finance Manager, Sales Manager, and General Sales Manager.

Requirements

At least 2 years of sales experience.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience.
At least 18 years of age to comply with the company driving policy.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Assist dealership customers, answer questions, and help them select vehicles that meet their needs.
Follow up with customers in a timely manner and maintain strong customer relationships.
Explain vehicle performance, applications, benefits, and optional equipment available for purchase.
Determine customers’ vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
Deliver vehicles and ensure customers understand operating features, warranties, and paperwork.
Stay informed about incoming inventory, vehicle features, accessories, and their benefits to customers.
Introduce customers to service department personnel and highlight available repair and maintenance services.
