About The Position

BOISE AUTO RANCH, the Auto Ranch Group’s pre-owned vehicle superstore on Fairview Avenue in Boise, is hiring an experienced automotive sales consultant. The dealership offers access to vehicle inventory across all six Auto Ranch Group dealerships in the Valley. The role provides a commission-based earning opportunity, volume bonuses, a spiff program, and an annual production bonus, along with tools, training, and management support. Income potential is based on performance.

The sales consultant works with customers to understand their needs and select vehicles, explains vehicle features and financing options, and collaborates with sales management and other departments to meet sales targets and support customer satisfaction. Requirements

• Prior experience in used vehicle sales.
• Self-motivation and a desire to exceed sales goals.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Interest in cars and the automotive industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work Saturdays and some holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them toward the right vehicle.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.
• Work with sales management to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build customer relationships and provide excellent service and follow-up.
• Collaborate with other departments to support customer satisfaction and a positive dealership atmosphere.
