About The Position

Ed Napleton Automotive Group is hiring an experienced Sales Associate for Napleton's Lexus of Brookfield. This is a fast-paced role at a growing dealership. Requirements

At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic in a team environment.
Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience.
Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law and regulations.
At least 18 years of age to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

Assist dealership customers, answer their questions, and help them select a vehicle suited to their needs.
Follow up with customers in a timely manner and maintain strong relationships.
Explain vehicle performance, applications, benefits, and available optional equipment; determine customer needs by asking questions and listening.
Deliver vehicles and explain their operating features, warranty, and paperwork to customers.
Stay informed about incoming inventory, vehicle features, accessories, and customer benefits.
Introduce customers to service department personnel and highlight the quality and efficiency of the dealership’s repair and maintenance services.
