About The Position

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant at Napleton Ellwood City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. This fast-paced role helps deliver a positive customer experience by assisting customers with vehicle selection, explaining vehicle features and benefits, and building lasting customer relationships. The position offers growth potential within a large automotive dealership group affiliated with more than 25 vehicle brands and over 50 dealerships across seven states, with more than 3,500 employees.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic in a team environment.
• Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience.
• At least 18 years of age to comply with the company driving policy.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist dealership customers, answer their questions, and help them select a vehicle that fits their needs.
• Follow up with customers promptly and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Explain vehicle performance, applications, benefits, and optional equipment; determine customer needs by asking questions and listening.
• Deliver vehicles and explain operating features, warranty information, and paperwork to customers.
• Stay informed about incoming inventory, vehicle features, and accessories, including their customer benefits.
• Introduce customers to service department personnel and highlight the quality and efficiency of available repairs and maintenance.
