About The Position

Ed Napleton Automotive Group is hiring an experienced Sales Associate at Napleton's Lexus of Brookfield. The role offers an opportunity to join a fast-growing Lexus dealership in a fast-paced industry. Sales associates represent the dealership and help deliver a positive customer experience by assisting customers with vehicle selection, explaining vehicle features and benefits, and supporting the delivery process. Requirements

At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law and regulations.
At least 18 years of age to comply with the company driving policy.

Nice To Haves

Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience.

Responsibilities

Assist dealership customers, answer questions, and help them select vehicles suited to their needs.
Follow up with customers in a timely manner and maintain strong customer relationships.
Explain vehicle performance, applications, and benefits, and describe optional equipment available for purchase.
Determine customers’ vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
Deliver vehicles and explain operating features, warranties, and paperwork to customers.
Stay informed about incoming inventory, vehicle features, accessories, and their benefits to customers.
Introduce customers to service department personnel and highlight the dealership’s repair and maintenance services.
