About The Position

Subaru of Keene is hiring customer-focused Sales Consultants to represent the Subaru brand and help customers find vehicles that suit their needs. The role is open to experienced automotive sales professionals and people starting a new career; automotive sales experience is a plus but is not required. The dealership offers training and career development to help new hires build the skills needed to succeed.

Consultants build customer relationships, earn trust, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Compensation is performance-based, with annual earning potential of $65,000–$100,000 or more; actual earnings vary by individual results and are not guaranteed. The position is with Subaru of Keene, part of the locally owned Fenton Family Dealerships group, which has served the Monadnock Region for approximately 40 years.
