About The Position

Ciocca Subaru of Pleasantville is hiring an energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated finance professional to join its growing team. The role provides recommendations and assistance to customers arranging vehicle financing, structures profitable sales, and ensures deals meet local, state, and federal guidelines. The manager also audits completed deals, works to secure prompt funding, coaches and trains sales staff, and presents and demonstrates new and used vehicles. Compensation is draw plus percentage, with a stated yearly wage range of $100,000–$130,000. The full-time position includes some Saturdays.

Requirements

Quality customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills.
Well-versed in title laws and the registration process.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures preferred.
Previous dealership and management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing for their purchases.
Structure sales to produce the highest profitability.
Desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals.
Ensure every deal complies with local, state, and federal guidelines.
Audit team deals after sale and analyze them for improvements.
Ensure prompt funding of all contracts.
Coach salespeople on methods for closing deals and mentor them to improve sales performance.
Present and demonstrate new and used vehicles professionally and knowledgeably.
Train and support sales staff and assist in closing deals.
