Automotive Sales Consultant
About The Position
Boyte Auto Family is hiring Automotive Sales Consultants for its Chevrolet and Honda dealerships in Biloxi and Moss Point. The role involves helping customers select new or pre-owned vehicles that fit their needs and budgets, explaining vehicle features, arranging test drives, and guiding customers through the purchase process. Consultants respond to online inquiries, phone calls, and showroom visitors, follow up to build repeat and referral business, and coordinate with sales managers and finance professionals to provide a smooth buying experience. They also keep customer information and follow-up activities organized in the CRM. Applicants with automotive sales experience are welcome, as are people with relevant skills from retail, hospitality, customer service, or other sales roles who are eager to learn.
Requirements

- Comfort communicating by phone, text, email, and in person.
- Availability to work Saturdays.
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
