About The Position

Nucar Toyota of North Kingstown is seeking motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants. The role helps customers choose vehicles that suit their needs and budgets, builds relationships through strong service throughout the sales process, and contributes to sales goals and customer satisfaction. Nucar provides training, tools, and support, and welcomes candidates with automotive sales experience as well as those with customer service experience looking to begin a career in automotive sales.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, with a positive and professional attitude.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfort using computers and CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Previous automotive sales experience is a plus but is not required.
• Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select vehicles that fit their needs and budgets.
• Build customer relationships through exceptional service before, during, and after the sale.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads.
• Explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and protection products.
• Maintain product knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction standards.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with management, finance, and service departments to deliver a strong customer experience.
