Requirements
- At least one previous role involving strong customer service experience.
- Previous experience with AI software of some capacity.
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and establish follow-up for sales appointments.
- Monitor and manage the AI tool used for BDC dashboards.
- Respond promptly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, phone, and live chat scripts and templates.
- Follow up with leads who are not ready to make an appointment or who miss an appointment.
- Use the CRM tracking system daily.
- Perform office duties, including filing, organizing documents, and making copies.
