About The Position

Antwerpen Automotive is seeking a motivated Automotive BDC Sales Associate to join its Chevrolet team in Sykesville, Maryland. The associate will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective customers, generating leads, setting appointments, and supporting the sales team to maximize dealership performance and customer satisfaction. The role includes communicating with customers about vehicle availability, pricing, and promotions, and collaborating with sales and service teams to address customer needs.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM software, especially CDK, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and customer-focused mindset.
Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
Must have a valid driver’s license, be insurable by the company, and pass a mandatory background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, or BDC roles is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Schedule appointments between customers and sales staff.
Maintain accurate, detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CDK CRM system.
Follow up on leads generated through internet, phone, and walk-ins to maximize sales opportunities.
Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure customer needs are met promptly and effectively.
Communicate with customers in a timely and professional manner regarding vehicle availability, pricing, and promotions.
