About The Position

The Automotive BDC Representative manages and contacts incoming internet and phone inquiries while proactively pursuing additional customer leads. The role contacts current customers by phone, text, and email to maintain and improve customer loyalty. Working closely with managers, the representative provides qualified answers to leads and detailed information about customer requirements. The position establishes customer relationships and schedules dealership visits for test drives and sales presentations, assists with special service projects or campaigns, and contributes to the dealership’s overall success by working with customers, teams, and departments. Other related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of BDC experience in the automotive industry.
• General knowledge of all makes and models, including high-line vehicles.
• Comfort and proficiency with technology, including phones and computers.
• Highly organized.
• Able to work independently.
• Team player.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
