About The Position

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is hiring a Sales Associate at Clermont CDJR. The role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced automotive dealership and support a positive customer experience. Sales Associates assist customers with selecting vehicles, explain vehicle features and available options, and deliver vehicles while ensuring customers understand their operation, warranty, and paperwork. The position also involves maintaining customer relationships, staying informed about inventory, and connecting customers with the dealership’s service department.

Requirements

At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law and regulations.
At least 18 years of age to comply with the company driving policy.

Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience.

Responsibilities

Assist dealership customers, answer questions, and help them select vehicles that meet their needs.
Follow up with customers in a timely manner and maintain strong customer relationships.
Explain product performance, applications, and benefits, as well as optional equipment available for purchase.
Determine customers’ vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
Deliver vehicles and explain their operating features, warranty, and paperwork to customers.
Stay informed about incoming inventory, vehicle features, accessories, and their benefits to customers.
Introduce customers to service department personnel and highlight the dealership’s service and maintenance offerings.
