Responsibilities

Nurture customer relationships and build a lasting clientele.
Use consultative selling skills to understand customer needs.
Help customers select vehicles by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Continuously develop product and sales knowledge.
Learn product offerings, optional packages, and the latest vehicle technologies.
Deliver high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
Follow up with buyers to encourage successful referral business.
Learn to overcome objections and perform effectively in sales situations.
Report objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses to the Sales Manager.
Bring a positive attitude to work each day.
