About The Position
Tuscaloosa Ford is hiring Ford Sales Associates, also described as Premier Sales Associates. The role is part of a growing dealer group and offers opportunities for advancement. Sales professionals can earn upwards of $100,000 per year, and advancement opportunities are available within the organization. Sales Associates guide customers through the vehicle-buying process by providing product knowledge and brand expertise, helping customers find an appropriate vehicle, meeting monthly sales goals, and generating business through referrals, networking, and repeat customers. The sales staff works a five-day week. Paid training and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.
Requirements
- Understanding of the franchise automotive industry; previous brand experience is preferred.
- Previous sales experience, including cellular, furniture, or appliance sales, is an excellent entryway into automotive sales.
- Complete grasp of the sales process.
- Ability to provide product knowledge and brand expertise to guide customers.
- Comfort with meeting challenging monthly sales goals and objectives.
