About The Position

I-5 Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM FIAT is hiring an Automotive Sales Associate for its I-5 Sales Team. The role involves helping customers purchase new and used vehicles across multiple brands. The position offers an opportunity to earn commission-based pay and grow within a dealership group that operates multiple locations in southwest Washington. Full-time schedules include weekends.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods, walk around the dealership lot, and drive different types of vehicles.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor and a passion for helping others.
• Enjoy working as part of a team and have the drive to succeed.
• Clean driving record and a current, valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the buying process using established selling steps, policies, and procedures.
• Develop and communicate strong product knowledge about vehicle features, and demonstrate how vehicles operate.
• Deliver vehicles to customers through the established delivery process, ensuring they understand the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Maintain customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business and support customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term clientele.
• Complete daily CRM activities according to dealership policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
