About The Position

As an Automotive Sales Advisor at Koons Buick GMC Woodbridge, you will help redefine the car-buying experience by building customer relationships and providing exceptional guest experiences. The role responds to customers who inquire about advertised vehicles online by phone and email, and assists customers visiting the dealership from the initial buying process through the final sale. The position works within Asbury Automotive Group’s guest-focused, supportive, and inclusive culture.

Requirements

• Experience using and maintaining a customer relationship management database.

• Prior automotive sales or retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs using the Asbury selling process.
• Build rapport with customers and develop a referral network.
• Respond to internet leads within the store’s required time and email customers product information with pricing.
• Answer sales phone calls and set customer appointments.
• Confirm appointments.
• Make outbound follow-up calls about inquiries, after the sale, and for repeat business.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds with customers.
• Guide customers through the buying process from start to finish.
• Maintain professional business attire and appearance.
