About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Recon Technician to diagnose and repair vehicle systems, including diesel engines and powertrains. The role includes routine maintenance and inspections, effective use of hand tools and diagnostic equipment, and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. The technician will work with team members to meet dealership standards and customer expectations, communicate clearly with clients about repairs and maintenance, stay current with automotive technologies, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Pay is structured at a flat rate and paid bi-weekly, with the opportunity to earn 200 or more hours per pay period.

Requirements

• ASE Automotive Certifications.
• Proven experience as a technician or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment relevant to automotive repair.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances.
