About The Position

The Automotive Product Specialist provides comprehensive product information and a superior customer experience throughout the sales process. The role suits a self-starter with an interest in automotive products and features, a good understanding of technology, strong communication skills, and a track record of customer satisfaction. It can provide a springboard to other dealership careers in sales or service. The listed duties describe the general nature and level of the work and are not exhaustive. Requirements

Strong interest in automotive technology products and the ability to learn new products and features.
Ability to deliver great customer experiences in varied environments and enjoy constant personal interaction.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to converse comfortably with small groups and individual customers.

Responsibilities

Inform customers about product specifications, products, and features.
Conduct a needs analysis with the customer.
Maintain product knowledge within the dealership.
Manage the test-drive process.
Support the Sales Advisor during the sales consultation.
Serve as the main point of contact for customer questions about products, including their usage and functions.
