About The Position

The successful candidate will manage multiple customer relationships and needs while handling details quickly, correctly, and efficiently.

The position offers average compensation of $3,000–$9,000 per month through a monthly draw, commission, and bonuses; top performers make six figures annually. Individual pay depends on factors including skills, relevant experience, education or training, and performance-related bonuses and incentives.

Requirements

• Friendly and cooperative demeanor, with the ability to connect and build relationships quickly.
• Easygoing and comfortable working with others.
• Persuasive, with a strong drive for results.
• Tolerant of uncertainty.
• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and a good driving record, per company standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in sales or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically guide customers through their sales journey.
• Represent the dealership professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction through frequent, friendly follow-up.
• Respond to and communicate with potential prospects from web, phone, and in-store leads.
• Participate in frequent training to develop sales skills and product knowledge.
