About The Position

Bill Dube Ford Toyota is hiring Automotive Product Specialists to help customers explore Ford, Toyota, and/or pre-owned vehicles. The role focuses on product knowledge, vehicle demonstrations, customer support, technology setup, and creating personalized video and product content. Specialists work with customers in the showroom and online to compare models and find vehicles suited to their needs. After a customer selects a vehicle, Sales Professionals handle pricing and paperwork.

This is not a traditional car sales position: it does not involve negotiating, desk deals, pressure to close, or chasing customers for signatures. The position combines vehicle expertise, technology assistance, content creation, and customer experience in a supportive team at a family-owned dealership group.

Responsibilities

• Learn assigned vehicle brands and inventory, including vehicle technology and safety features.
• Show customers vehicles, demonstrate features, and explain what the vehicles offer.
• Create personalized vehicle videos, walkarounds, and product content for customers shopping remotely.
• Work with showroom and online customers to explore options and identify vehicles suited to their lifestyles.
• Help customers set up and use vehicle technology after purchase, including pairing phones, setting up Apple CarPlay, and customizing settings.
• Collaborate with Sales Professionals, who handle pricing and paperwork after customers select a vehicle.
