About The Position

Boardwalk Honda is seeking a Product Specialist to serve as the Honda product expert for clients. This full-time, hourly paid sales role involves learning Honda vehicles and helping clients feel confident and excited about their purchase. The specialist guides clients throughout their experience, explains vehicle features in ways that matter to each client, and supports clients after purchase with information about service plans, warranties, and maintenance options. The role also involves coordinating with clients and the sales team, maintaining professional standards, and supporting the broader sales team as assigned.

Requirements

1–2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or BDC; dealership experience is a plus but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills and an ability to connect easily with people.
Valid driver's license with a clean record.
Positive, energetic, client-focused approach and a genuine enjoyment of helping people.

Responsibilities

Know the Honda lineup, trims, technology, features, and competitive advantages.
Guide clients through their journey, from initial vehicle viewing and test drive through delivery and beyond.
Explain vehicle features clearly and in ways tailored to each client's interests.
Stay in close contact with clients and the sales team to help ensure a smooth process.
Help clients understand service plans, warranties, and maintenance options after purchase.
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold dealership standards.
Support the broader sales team as assigned.
