About The Position

Kia of Bowie is seeking a full-time, hourly paid Automotive Product Specialist to serve as the dealership’s Kia product expert. The role involves learning the Kia lineup, trims, technology, and features, and helping clients feel confident and excited about their vehicles. The specialist guides clients throughout their purchase journey, from their first look and test drive through delivery and beyond, and explains product features in ways that relate to each client’s needs. The position also involves coordinating with clients and the sales team, helping customers understand post-purchase service plans, warranties, and maintenance options, maintaining dealership standards, and supporting the broader sales team as assigned.

Requirements

1–2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or BDC.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills and the ability to connect easily with people.
Valid driver's license with a clean record.
Positive, energetic, and client-focused approach, with a genuine enjoyment of helping people.

Nice To Haves

Dealership experience.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Maintain a professional appearance and uphold dealership standards.
Support the broader sales team as assigned.
