About The Position

Carvana is hiring an entry-level Automotive Parts Associate for its high-tech Inspection Center in Sanford, Florida. The associate orders parts, identifies and records parts needed for vehicles, and keeps the storage area orderly while receiving and picking parts. Carvana provides training programs intended to help entry-level employees develop their skills and progress in pay. The role requires working in a fast-paced production environment and may involve exposure to excessive heat or cold. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs. Applicants must pass a background check; the role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
• Must use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
• Must pass a complete background check.
• Must be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.
