The role involves matching and mixing paint colors and applying water-based paint to vehicles inside paint booths. Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional automotive painting experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and sometimes be exposed to heat or cold.
• Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
• Must pass a complete background check.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
