About The Position

Carvana is hiring a Mid-Level Automotive Painter to match and mix paint colors and use water-based paint to paint vehicles inside paint booths at one of its high-tech Inspection Centers. The role requires at least three years of professional automotive painting experience. The position is identified as second shift and offers a $6,000 bonus.

The work takes place in a fast-paced, changing production environment. Team members may be exposed to excessive heat or cold and must use appropriate safety equipment. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional automotive painting experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
• Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
