About The Position

The role requires professional automotive painting experience and skill in applying base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats; blending adjacent panels; and paint correcting vehicles. The position is identified as second shift and offers an $8,000 bonus. The role may require mandatory overtime based on business needs. Requirements

At least five years of professional automotive painting experience.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive heat or cold.
Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Successful completion of a background check; employment is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
