Senior Automotive Painter (2nd Shift) - $6,000 Bonus
About The Position
Carvana is seeking an experienced automotive painter with at least five years of professional automotive painting experience to prepare vehicles for customers at a high-tech vehicle Inspection Center. The role requires proficiency in painting base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats; blending adjacent panels; and paint correcting vehicles. The position is on the 2nd shift, Monday through Thursday, 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Weekday overtime may be required, including mandatory overtime based on business needs. Applicants must pass a complete background check. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional automotive painting experience.
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive heat or cold.
- Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
- Pass a complete background check.
