About The Position

Hillman is hiring a customer-focused Automotive Key Sales Representative for its growing Mobile Automotive Key Services team in San Diego, California. The representative uses a fully equipped mobile sales van to introduce customers to automotive key replacement and programming solutions, generate sales, and build lasting relationships. The role offers a $25-per-hour base wage plus 5% commission, a car allowance, a fuel card for business use, paid training, professional development, and potential career growth. The position involves working independently in an assigned territory while partnering with Mobile Locksmith Technicians and representing Hillman professionally. Typical hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with schedule options of Thursday through Monday or Friday through Tuesday. Daily travel may include driving up to 200 miles.
