About The Position

Hillman is hiring a customer-focused Automotive Key Sales Representative for its Mobile Automotive Key Services team in San Francisco, California. The representative uses a fully equipped mobile sales van to bring automotive key replacement and programming solutions directly to customers. The role involves generating sales, building relationships, representing Hillman professionally, and taking ownership of an assigned territory while working independently with support from an established team.

Compensation includes $25 per hour, 5% commission on sales, a car allowance, and a fuel card for business use. Hillman provides paid training and professional development, along with career growth opportunities. Typical hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with schedule options of Thursday through Monday or Friday through Tuesday. The role includes daily travel throughout the assigned territory, potentially up to 200 miles per day.
